About Coalinga-Huron Recreation and Park District
The Coalinga-Huron Recreation and Park District (CHRPD) covers over 860 miles and was formed in 1972 to serve both the communities of Huron and Coalinga, California. With a total population of 27,000 people, CHRPD is responsible for the maintenance and operations related to events, activities, sports, and recreation programs for youth and adults across four parks (totaling 50 acres), two communities centers, one fitness center, two pools, and a landscape and lighting maintenance district. CHRPD also operates Camp Yeager, accommodating about 125 people located in Cambria, California.

A Partnership Beyond Software
After CHPRD started implementing another recreation management solution, they realized that the system wouldn’t provide the tools they needed to manage operations across their various facilities successfully. With implementation time wasted, they only have four weeks to implement a completely new system and have it released to the public.
